Rating:2 Scam These are just a scam – they offered me a good price for my iphone 14, so I sent it off – they did not get in touch – so over a week later and several calls from me, they offered me £100 – what a joke! they said their was scratches on it – luckly I took photo’s of the phone and told them this – they offered me £20 more. I refused and at that point they started to get rude on the phone. I told them to send it back and they agreed to do so. Three weeks later – still havent got my phone back! Avoid UR.co.uk at all cost

Rating:2 ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE THE COMPANY IS IN SHAMBLES. I bought a phone from them many days ago and have received no update on the phone, since the confirmation email. I have rang several times and they have only ever picked up once. On this call, I was completely lied to, the person literally sounded nervous and unsure as she was telling me about the phone. HORRIBLE company, should literally be shut down!! They’re practically begging for a lawsuit.

Rating:2 Avoid at all costs Camera damaged, returned to find they can’t fix. They wanted another attempt to fix, but lost all confidence. Send to Apple direct who said the camera has to be replaced. I have had to pay £170 to repair as UR. Co. Uk warranty is not worth anything. I am reporting to Amazon

Rating:2 Trying it on - use this company with caution Was quoted £110 for my “as new” Samsung A52 but when I heard nothing nearly a week after sending it via Royal Mail collection I called and was told on inspection the phone had a lifting screen at one corner and the offer had expired so they had sent a revised offer of £85 by email which I’d not received. The phone I sent was pristine and had always been used in a protective case and I’d sent it without the case but the screen protector in place. I wrapped it in bubble wrap and placed it in the cardboard shipping box and bag they’d supplied. I challenged that the screen was lifting and said they must be looking at the screen protector. Their only response was to say that they’d made the new offer based on the condition and its valuation on the day, but if I didn’t want to accept they would return it free of charge. If I asked for it back I’m concerned that they’ll damage my pristine phone to make it match the story they are spinning! I’d have done better to risk selling on eBay.

Rating:10 Google Pixel 6pro Very happy with the phone. I bought a Google pixel 6 pro refurbished here, this was the first time in my life I bought a reburbished product but I am not disappointed. The device is like new, has no damages and the battery lasts a long time. I saved a lot of money and expect to be able to use the phone for a long time, so I definitely recommend UR.

Rating:2 Terrible company Terrible company, initially offered £201 for my s21 and the website promised a fast turnaround, I sent it in, several days later they finally offered just £120 claiming there were several chips and deep scratches on the phone- I was absolutely shocked, the phone was always kept in a full case and was in virtually perfect condition! Straight away I knew they were trying to pull a fast one so i decline the offer- that was apparently their last, best and final offer and the phone would immediately be returned to me,,, it wasn’t,, the next day they apparently rechecked my phone and increased the offer to £140- still no where near the £201 of the initial offer so I refused again and then finally recieved my phone back about 4 days later. The whole process took about 2 weeks, what an absolute waste of time. I ended up using another firm and got £190 within 3 days. Avoid this company at all costs

According to this scammer company the phone needs to be able turn and and no damage…..! Why have the option to sell a broken phone if you want it in good condition under broken. I will be reporting you to the money supermarket and try my best to get your company taken off there, false advertising

Whole process took 10 days!
They were late finishing with my phone then said it was scratched on screen and case…it’s always been in a case.
They offered me half original quote.
Emailed them said decline if unhappy.
Read reviews and saw people never got phones back or they came back with fresh scratches!!
Sold it to them as under the impression it would be unsellable if returned.
AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And omg the telephone experience is worse than a dogs breakfast.
This company should be shut down.
I’ve dealt with some shocking people, but these definitely come out as the worst of the worst.
So people do not waste your time and money on this outfit.
Just can’t belive how bad they are.

They had my phone and sent me an abysmal revised offer. They claimed that there was damage to the screen before they opened the box. The phone was sent in near perfect condition, had always been kept in a case. I even sent photo’s of the phone to them to prove this, but they dismissed it. They tell you that insure your device for £100 against loss or damage in transit. Yet, when I asked about claiming for the damage they could not provide any insurance details, and told me that they did not take any photographs of the packaging when it arrived so any claim would be rejected. How convenient?
Please beware of this company. The director has dissolved several companies of a similar nature over the past few years. Check out their companies house profile and make your own mind up.

Said they send me emails, I hadn’t received any. They send me an offer for £89 instead of £149 quoted, saying there were scratches etc on the phone. I’ve always used a protective case, so I asked them to send me photos of my phone.
I’ve now asked for my phone back, two weeks after them receiving it.
