Number of reviews: 1 Rating:4 Poor customer service I purchased a bottle bag for a friends daughter and the chain supplied was broken. I contacted customer service and was told that it wasn’t broken when they packed it, I told them when I received it it was broken they then agreed they would send me out a new chain straight away as I still wanted my purchase. A month later and still no chain. I contacted them again to be told it was sent out to me but no tracking number was available. Was made to feel I was lying even though I sent pictures of the broken chain
