All underwear sets by Pantee are made from either deadstock t-shirts or t-shirt fabric. Deadstock is a fabric or garment that, for whatever reason, was not used for its original intended purpose. This fabric features 95% cotton for comfort and 5% elastane for elasticity or stretch. When Pantee launched its first collection, it began upcycling deadstock t-shirts into underwear. However, the company has since expanded into using deadstock fabric rolls for more impact.The company maintains strict standards about its fabric quality and grade to ensure that all products are similar in quality and impact. Bras and briefs manufactured by Pantee contain elastic and thread. They also feature brand patches on the crop and high-waisted briefs. However, their colored sets have contrasting black or white elastics since they are dyed to match their fabric. The underwear is produced in a SEDEX-approved factory in Portugal with BSCI Cotton and OEKO-TEX standard 100 accreditation. Pantee manufactures its products in small batches to match demand. Additionally, the company uses eco-friendly packaging.
