Despite this, I consistently found that the hair systems lasted for shorter and shorter periods, with a peculiar tendency to shed more hair in one specific area. This wasn’t a random occurrence but a recurring issue with each system I purchased. Over time, the shedding in this particular area became so pronounced that the system would become unusable in just about two months, despite the rest of it being in decent condition.
To verify this pattern, I kept my old systems and, upon comparing them, it was evident that the area of shedding was identical across all units. This led me to believe that the systems might be designed to have a shorter lifespan, potentially to boost repeat purchases.
When I raised this issue with Lordhair, their response was less than satisfactory. They implied that the damage might have been caused by scratching my head with the system on, a suggestion that seemed unreasonable. It’s normal for anyone to scratch their head occasionally, and it seemed implausible that this action alone could cause such consistent and localized damage across multiple systems.
