Number of reviews: 1 Rating:2 GOG horrible service I purchased Baldurs Gate 3 last week from this site. They made me download an app to install the game, the app sat spinning for almost 3 hours before it even started downloading, 2 days later the game was finally installed, but it wouldn’t work. The launcher said there were mismatched files. I have contacted them 5 times since the day after buying it trying to get a refund, I have applied for a refund 2 days ago. This is going on a week of trying to get this taken care of and I haven’t heard anything back from them about a refund. If you want good reliable service, don’t go to GOG. I’m currently having to talk to my bank and PayPal to try to get my money back for this. Save yourself the time, money, and trouble that I’ve had and find somewhere else to purchase your games from.
