    Awful company out to rip people off
    I see other people have had the same problem as me. I bought trainers which I believe are fake. I paid £4.50 to return them and they sent them straight back to me with a letter saying they were non returnable because I had attached the returns label to the box! They will make up any excuse to refuse returns! Be warned!

    Faulty Item
    I ordered a pair of trainers through ‘love the sales’ the item received was faulty, scuffs on the side and marks on the shoes the shoes looked they had been returned from another customer and sent to me. I got in touch with love the sales who advised me the shoes were sent from get the label and they a responsible. The website states free returns for faulty items this was not the case £2.50 to return. A few days later the shoes had been returned back to me with a letter claiming that I was at fault for the faults on the item. The customer service has been shocking. Please be careful and if you have a faulty item please take pictures before returning them. You will need to prove them label is still attached etc. Once they take your money they wont give it you back.

    Incorrect item & poor customer service
    Ordered a pair of mens Puma trainers only to receive a pair of womens sandals instead! Took a fair time to respond and I had to ask for free return postage. The trainers that I wanted have now sold out, so I’m not getting what I ordered but am having to go through the hassle of going to the Post Office at Christmas to return the incorrect order they sent. Offered an apology and nothing else. I pushed for some compensation and they only offered me 10% off my next purchase. Really feels like a kick in the teeth considering the poor customer service, hassle they’ve put me through and the fact that I’m not getting what I ordered. I’m assuming the refund will take ages too! My advice is stay well clear

    Avoid at all costs
    Terrible company. I ordered an item from them via secret sales. It was a hooded gilet and when it arrived I tried it on and it fitted and I decided to keep it so removed the label and hung in the wardrobe. Shortly after, when I came to actually wear it, I realised that I couldn’t get the hood to sit right. It stuck out so bad, I looked like I had a hump. As I was in the return period, I decided to return it. It was a total pain even getting a label off Secret Sales but I eventually got one and realised I had to return to this company. A week or so later, I received it back with a letter saying the tags had been removed so they couldn’t resell it! Never heard such rubbish. It hasn’t been worn or damaged so it was totally saleable. They didn’t include contact details so I had to track them down but of course They just kept repeating the mantra that it’s their policy and it’s detailed on their website (which I didn’t actually buy from). Regardless of if it is or not, it might not be legal and it’s certainly dreadful customer service.
