Great Garage door, good price and well fitted. The guys took time to show us how to operate. They left the place tidier than it was taking the old door away. Well done Garolla. My father got a garolla door installed just over two years ago and a few weeks ago the whole top of it fell down and just narrowly missed hitting him which would have caused serious injury if not worse! When he contacted the company he was informed he was a week out of warranty so would have to pay for it to be repaired. A repair man from garolla came out and fixed it but upon inspection my dad noticed that the screws on the side frame were on the inner part of the frame and not the outer part like the original installer ( a company garolla out sourced the work to) had put them on installation, causing a constant dragging against the door which resulted in the whole thing eventually collapsing. My father has challenged the company on the fact that he should not have to pay for repair as the frame was installed incorrectly from the start (he has photos of before and after to prove such) but the company have basically said regardless of this he was still outside of the warranty period!!! So please if you have a garolla garage door please check that the top of screws are not protruding from frame as this will eventually lead to it collapsing and potentially hurting someone!! If you are thinking of getting a garolla door please look elsewhere after reading many other reviews these door are not made to last and a company that charges customers over 900 euro to repair a fault that is due to their installation is to be avoided!!!!
