Number of reviews: 2 Rating:2 This company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them. I bought a skin care device for £33.90 and received an email from Evri delivery company that it was delivered. However, it was not delivered to my door but dumped on the other side of the building with a different post code on the top of the letter boxes. So the parcel got lost. Ortorex does not take any responsibility and refers me to Evri which is another scam. They dont have a proper customer service and it is impossible to speak to them. Ortorex replies to my email with a standard scripture such as it is customers responsibilty to contact Evri and it ends with apology and leave a feedback. Such a joke.
