After you have taken those steps, you will see the contact options in the app or on the ticket. A reply can be found on the social media channels, where you also have the possibility to send a message.

The website is clear and works well, I think the same of the Kiwi.com App, which offers clear information which contributes to a hassle-free trip. I can also call the customer service helpful, which has helped me well several times when I had questions.
