Number of reviews: 2 Rating:2 Appauling customer service I spent about £2,000 with this company. A jumper now started to fall apart. Customer services asked for order number as proof of purchase. I sent the order number, they replied saying without proof of purchase purhase (?????) they cannot deal with my complaint. Now ignoring my emails. There’s no working phone lines.
