This year I hired a car through them with autovia at Turin airport. I was late due to flight changes and arrived three hours after i intended and had booked and paid for the car.
Once I got here autovia told me the car was not available- they had re hired it as I was late and a no show. Autovia told me that holiday autos do not pay them for a no show, holiday autos blamed autovia. Either way I was left with paying £200 for a car that I didn’t get and that holiday autos took my money for, saying that I should read the small print and inform them if I am delayed.
I’m going to avoid them in the future, if you do use them I suggest that you be very vary if the small print. Some other customers on my flight had the same issue. After arriving late anyway, finding a car that I had paid for was not available was very disappointing. This is clearly a deceptive tactic to earn money.
