Automated email response that doesn’t answer the question you ask
I ordered two items which I need to return I requested a return which was approved I emailed them for a refund and even though I have told them the return had been approved I can’t get a return label or address to send them back to all I get is an email back saying I need to request a return which I keep explaining I have done I will get in touch with my bank to hopefully claim £50.00 back
Do not order from this company as you will struggle to get a refund if needed

I have just placed an order for 3 pairs of tights and a mesh bag to wash them in. All light goods, I’m sure you will all agree. I was then very disappointed to find that the shipping cost was £7.00!!

Need to return my entire order as it’s not quite as expected. Upon attempting to return the items I was unable find a way to return multiple items. I contacted Customer Service and was told I don’t need to even return items to get full refund, which will be in my bank up to 5 days later. Fabulous! I’ll just donate them to my charity and sell them in our shop.
Fast forward 10 days….
No sign of a refund so I email Customer Services once again. I’m met with a reply that pretty much mirrors their original email to me, informing me that I don’t need to return the items & can expect the refund to hit my bank account in 5 days.
My reply was to let them know that I had already received this information, 5 days had passed & I would be taking this further. Seemingly this made the ‘generous and professional’ Conturve lose their cool!
I have now been told to return the items, at the cost of £3.00 which, on top of the delivery fee, now means this order has cost me an additional £6.50! This is assuming that they do actually issue a refund once the receive my order!
I’m not hopeful, I now have to go through the whole return rigmarole (just because I dared to order multiple items) & this could so easily have been sorted (one would hope) had I been advised of the returns procedure at the beginning. Like most women, I live hand to mouth & the £54.97 I paid for my order is missed! Not to mention the further £6.50 Conturve throw in the mix for daring to ask for a refund!

Nearly a week later and I still haven’t recieved my order. According to the parcels tracking, it was only sent 5 days after placing the order.
Despite emailing 3 times stating that I needed the item for an event and could they let me know if I my order would reach me on time, their response was to ignore my question entirely. I was offered a refund of my postage and told on the date of my event to expect my order in 3-5days time.
Awful customer service. I am dreading trying to get my money back.
