Number of reviews: 1 Rating:4 No support/service I bought an EGO LM1701E Push 42cm lawnmower from them (Cheltenham Mowers Limited) in 2021, the delivery was good, but the mower stopped working just before 3 years. The battery works fine, and the machine looks ok considering it was not heavily used, and the lights are on but its rotor does not work. I initially managed to contact them via chat and email, and they asked me to send the video and photo which I did. However, this was almost a month ago and since then, they have not replied to any of my weekly emails asking for an update on the warranty. I also tried to call them multiple times but usually nobody is picking up the phone (they answered it once 2 weeks ago but since it is in a useless queue or nobody is picking up even if there is no queue). This forced me to buy another mower from another seller as the lawn cannot wait.

If you have a lot of money to spend, and you are not too worried about lack of warranty and support, go for it. It may work for a couple of years just fine before it dies!
I would update this review if anything changes but I doubt it considering the bad experience so far.
